Under $500K annual revenue, 1-5 employees, single location — Standard. $500K-$3M revenue, 5-20 employees, 2-5 locations — Advanced. $2M+ revenue, 20-50 employees, 5-15 locations — Professional. $10M+ revenue, 50+ employees, 15+ locations — Enterprise.
